1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by xk777 ("the Platform", "xk777"), you ("the User", "Player") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in full and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use xk777 in any capacity.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotional terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on xk777.asia. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise expressly stated.

xk777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use xk777, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. xk777 operates a strict 18+ policy. Any person who provides false age information to circumvent this restriction will have their account suspended and all associated funds forfeited.
• You are registering on your own behalf as a natural person. Corporate accounts and accounts operated on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You are not on any self-exclusion register in force with xk777 at the time of registration.
• You are legally permitted to access and use online gambling and sports betting services in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing xk777. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your specific location within Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
• You have not previously had an xk777 account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

Each individual player may maintain one (1) account only. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms. xk777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses accrued through such accounts.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your xk777 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. xk777 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. Any such request should be treated as a phishing attempt.

You must notify xk777 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. xk777 is not liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided during registration and during the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is accurate and up to date. xk777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend accounts pending completion of KYC procedures. Withdrawal of funds will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

xk777 accepts deposits through the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day and are displayed at the point of deposit.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) unless the player has selected a cryptocurrency method, in which case the applicable crypto equivalent is used. xk777 does not charge a transaction fee on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC identity verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, except where the deposit method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative verified method may be used.
• xk777 processes withdrawal requests within one to three hours of approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution.
• xk777 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request and may request supporting documentation prior to release of funds.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

xk777 may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and wagering requirements, which are published alongside each offer at the time of availability.

General bonus conditions applicable across all xk777 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without fulfilment of the applicable wagering requirement.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless xk777 expressly states otherwise.
• xk777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Players who opt out of marketing communications remain eligible for promotions displayed publicly on the Platform.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on xk777 are final once confirmed by the system. It is the Player's responsibility to verify the accuracy of their selection, stake, and odds before confirming any bet. xk777 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances where a manifest error is identified on the part of xk777.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrectly listed teams or players, or technical faults — xk777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the Player's account. The decision of xk777 in such matters is final.

RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators that produce statistically random results independent of any external influence, prior game history, or player behaviour. xk777 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the Platform.

7 Responsible Gaming

xk777 is committed to responsible gaming and provides all registered players with free-of-charge tools to manage their gambling activity. These tools include:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your xk777 account.
• Loss limits — maximum permitted losses within a defined period.
• Session time alerts — notifications when you have been logged in for a defined duration.
• Self-exclusion — temporary or permanent exclusion from your xk777 account, available from account settings at any time.

xk777 will honour all self-exclusion requests immediately upon submission. A self-excluded player will be blocked from accessing their account and will not receive any marketing communications during the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed during the minimum period selected by the Player.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on xk777 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts (whether personally or through associates).
• Use of any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with xk777 in a manner not intended for normal player use.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including use of payment accounts not registered in your own name.
• Collusion with other players or with xk777 staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Money laundering or any activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.
• Accessing xk777 while under 18 years of age.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on xk777.asia — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphic designs, logos, text, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of xk777 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of xk777. Unauthorised use of xk777 intellectual property may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

xk777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from technical interruptions, service outages, or third-party payment processing delays. xk777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their xk777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

xk777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While xk777 takes reasonable technical measures to ensure Platform availability, xk777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code.

11 Amendments to Terms

xk777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a notice on the Platform prior to the amendment taking effect. Your continued use of xk777 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact xk777 support to close your account.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising in connection with your use of xk777 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. xk777 operates under international licensing frameworks. Players are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations applicable in their own jurisdiction, including those of Pakistan, before accessing or using the Platform.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, account balance, or xk777 decision, the Player should submit a formal complaint to xk777 support at [email protected]. xk777 will acknowledge the complaint within 48 hours and provide a formal response within 10 business days. The decision of xk777 on matters within its operational discretion shall be final.
